Charter of Rights and Duties

It represents the concrete application of the ways of working that encourage change and promote sustainable development by the Association and anyone who establishes relationships with it, in the name of creativity for the protection of copyright in the digital age.

10 values inspire and guide the activity of Licensync:

1. 1. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND CYBERSECURITY:
      We are deeply engaged in technological transformation, we live “onlife” in the web3, we believe that every effort for an innovative, accountable and secure digital environment encourages change and evolution. Our digital transformation is ethical and apolitical. We support ethical business innovation to ensure high standard of innovation, protection, remuneration in the Metaverse and web3 through blockchain system;
   2. TRANSPARENCY: 
      Our terms of use and policies are expressed in a clear, detailed and transparent manner. We work to ensure fair and fair rates for the multi-repertoire as foreseen with the adoption of an extended collective license. Licensync is a choice, never an imposition. You can simply withdraw your membership under the terms of the Barnier Directive. We promote the principle of transparency and fairness in tax returns and professional choices.
   3. MORAL INTEGRITY: 
      We behave in an integral and consistent manner according to the Code of Ethics adopted by the Association, avoiding that any personal interest may in some way prevail over the Association one and/or interfere with the choices made in carrying out its activities; 
   4. LEGALITY – FIGHTING AGAINST CORRUPTION: 
      We operate with a sense of responsibility and in good faith, to establish correct professional relationships, and to enhance the Association, without unfairly favoring one part at the expense of another.
      
      
   5. RIGHT OF THE PERSON AND PERSONAL IDENTITY: 
      We respect the fundamental rights of the person, ensuring equal opportunities, promoting the value of human resources, improving their competitiveness and the ability to collaborate. We reject any discrimination based on political and trade union, religious, racial or ethnic origin, nationality, age, sex, sexual orientation, state of health, marital status, disability, physical appearance, economic condition-social and, in general, any individual characteristic of the human person. We will promptly remove from our platforms any content that is offensive, violent and contrary to the principles set out above.

      The Organization develops collaborators’ competences in a continuous and positive way for the personal growth of the team in the interest of the Principal Members and the community. We contribute to the economic, social, cultural and civil development of the community we represent.

      we promote a culture of collaborative work and personal and professional growth. We believe in the constructive force of creativity. We truly believe that “the earth without art it’s just eh”.

      We engage in unbiased behavior between different rightsholders, users of protected works, suppliers, and others, especially where Licensync operates by law.

       We promote respect for the environment as a common resource to be preserved, for the benefit of the community and future generations, with a view to sustainable development, reducing paper consumption and encouraging the adoption of environmentally sustainable systems.
